The Hotel was OK. The attention was excellent except that it was rather far from a number of places worth visiting such as LA Ciudad Colonial.

The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel front desk was amazing and went out of their way making sure I was pleased with service. You felt welcome and appreciated for being a patron. Warm smiles, kind words and pleasant greetings always come my way when I reach the lobby or I come inside the clean cafeteria for a free breakfast. It is a stay certainly worth doing again. Hasta luego Vicentina!

The staff was welcoming and friendly which made they stay feel personalized. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The transportation service to the hotel was 5 star. This staff did not leave out one detail. The Wi-Fi was good. We will return at our next year anniversary just because of the hospitality shown by each staff member. I loved how close we were to the beach and how we could walk to nearby restaurants. I’m grateful that this team made our experience and memories beyond what we could have asked. Very thankful for such a beautiful week at Hotel Vicentina.

The hotel itself is very nice. Clean, staff is good, friendly and helpful. The room is a little small but okay. The area seems to be a tourist area to me so I would call it considerably safe. There are a lot of pubs and bars around so it's a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. There are some beaches close but I was there for business so I could not go around. The only bad thing I would say is the hot water. There was no hot water. The reason I did not give the low rating is the breakfast. They make it hot with your order and very very delicious.

I made a reservation for three people through ******* and paid the rate shown for three people on *******. The reservation showed up for only 2 people. The hotel insisted on charging us an additional charge for the third person although I showed the person at the reception desk the price shown for three people on ******* which was covered by what I already paid. I did not appreciate their inflexibility.

Good location, next to many bars, restaurants, and the beach. But the room itself was underwhelming. The bed sheets were old and had rips and the TVs only had local cable, no streaming services available which is pretty standard now.
