Very clean location good /convient . Front desk not 100% knowledgeable. They did not know location of farmers table and how to get there.it seemed there should be more towel racks in bathroom there should be a television guide in the room. Screen tv guide is confusing

I read many good reviews about this hotel, so we decided to make a reservation. We had a room in the first floor, 2 beds and sofa bed. Unfortunately the room didn't meet our expectations. It was so dark!, old, smelly and the worst part was the AC machine that was extremely noisy!! I couldn't sleep for more than 3 hrs, it was so horrible and uncomfortable, so we had to ask for and early check out, we make a reservation for 4 nights, they kindly apologized and charged us 1 night and canceled the other 3 nights. I didn't want to put pressure but I think they shouldn't have charged us for that horrible night, the cost of the night was 180 usd. But I was in such a rush to leave that I didn't care. SO... if you are looking for a place where to stay and sleep comfortably this is NOT the place, in the pictures you can't appreciate how old it is, and how dark the rooms are, it was ugly. I highly recommend you to stay somewhere else, pay $30 more and go to a Hyatt place or somewhere else.

Check in was not ready at 3pm. They had us wait additional 45 mins in the lobby until the room was cleaned.
The air conditioner unit was VERY loud and had an awful rattle. I got no sleep at all and was at the front desk complaining at 3am.
They sent a technician next day who apparently changed the filter. The unit no longer rattled but was still very loud. Managed to sleep the other 2 nights.
I never got an apology or any type of compensation for NO SLEEP the first of 3 nights. I won't be coming back.

Loved it. Extremely clean, nice large rooms and the hotel has a resort like feel with great onsite restaurant and coffee bar. Very convenient location and the staff just seemed like legitimate people. Highly recommend we would stay again and plan to.

I still do not have itemized copies of the two bills from my two separate stays at the Boca Raton Wyndham in March 2024. Also, I was supposed to be comped one night because my daughters and I had to go down to have our keys re-programmed FIVE SEPARATE TIMES. I am 68 years old and I had to sit on the floor outside my door waiting for someone to come and fix the lock.
