Falta mayor coordinación con la limpieza del lugar, había días que me iba a las 8 am y regresaba a las 4pm y aún no hacían limpieza, además de que en las noches había cucarachas, y la taza de baño no funcionaba correctamente.

The receptionist was rude when I checked in, and I was charged two extra people cuz they told me I didn’t paid 4, just 2 (that was an absolute mistake, I paid 4) they didn’t wanted to borrow me 2 extra towels even when I told them that I paid for that services for 4 people. They didn’t changed my bedsheets until I asked them.

Soy asiduo cliente del Hotel, y es la primera vez que la persona de recepción se porta muy despota, además de que su aseo personal hace que no te den ganas de preguntarle algo.
Además en esta ocasión, me asignaron a una habitación que esta junto a la cocina ¿como me di cuenta? simplemente por que desde las 6am que llegó el personal a trabajar, me enteré de todo lo que estaban diciendo o haciendo, es un ruido brutal que ya no te deja descansar lamentablemente

Muy mal servicio de parte de los empleados, buffet en la mañana muy mala cara y te dicen las cosas de muy mala manera, entiendo que aveces uno no sabe como funciona el servicio del buffet pero para hay maneras de decirte las cosas, uno está pagando por el servicio y si vengo de vacaciones lo último que quiero es que me traten mal, cero estrellas .... Jamas regreso.
