Las ventanas no cerraban y con niños pequeños es peligroso. La alberca estaba muy sucia y el mosaico se está desprendiendo, mi hijo se cortó el pie. El minisplit muy sucio lleno de moho, el baño no estaba limpio y cuando hicieron limpieza no se llevaron la basura del baño. No creo volver al hotel pues si me decepcionó. El poco trato que tuve con la.gente del hotel si fueron muy amables pero creo que necesitan mejorar mucho en cuanto a mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones.
