El elevador no servía y jamás me notificaron ese detalle y para nosotros era de suma importancia ya que éramos un total de 18 personas en 6 habitaciones de las cuales 3 personas tenemos placas y tornillos por fractura de hueso y una persona de la tercera edad.

El hotel está muy descuidado, no sirven los 2 elevadores desde hace tiempo por lo que dice los avisos afuera del elevador y nos toco el 3 piso un problema para subir maletas, las paredes de la habitación se está desprendiendo el tapiz que tiene y presentan moho en ellas, nos toco la ventana de lado calle y tienen una planta de luz grande atrás y toda la noche haciendo mucho ruido, el baño muy sucio, la seguridad de la puerta de la habitación muy endeble y muy fácil de abrir ya que la chapa estaba aflojada sus tornillos, la verdad fácil para entrar y sustraerte las pertenecías. Los controles de TV y aire acondicionado no le servían las pilas únicamente tenían un pedazo de cinta gris por la parte de atrás para sostenerlas, La verdad por el precio no vale la pena volver a este hotel, el estacionamiento a dos cuadras del hotel está, la alberca muy sucia con hierbas secas y basura a un lado el agua muyyyy fría para que una vez te metas y te agarre un resfriado. La verdad las imágenes que presentan en internet son de cuando se inauguró el hotel me imagino que de hace unos 20 años o más. No es recomendable. Una lástima porque pague por adelantado vía transferencia.
