No hubo, ni servicio de Luz, ni Agua, durante 24 horas. Pedimos nuestro reembolso y de forma grosera lo negaron. El agua de la alberca siembre estuvo muy fría, dijeron que no contaban con calefacción para la alberca principal. Tamppco hicieron la limpieza del cuarto un dia completo, por no terner personal para ello. Se preocupan más por no permitir el consumo de bebidas en las instalaciones del hotel, que por dar un buen servicio.
