Nice and clean

To be perfectly honest, this hotel is fairly tired and could use a major refresh. But it seems like the ownership is trying: huge new TV in room, new chair, etc. But ultimately, they'll need new carpet, furniture, etc. Somewhat dingy decor but very clean so could overlook it. For the price point it's a pretty good value. I'd probably rate it at three of five if it weren't for Steve who was working the front desk the evening I checked in. Even if I thought this place was a one star property I'd rate it at five for how professional he was, genuine, immeasurably patient with the couple he had to deal with ahead of me, etc. HUGE PROPS TO STEVE! Give that man a raise already. Can't find anyone better to be the face of your hotel.

My sister and I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton, Florida. I was impressed with our spacious room. It was very comfortable, clean and plenty of space. The staff were very attentive and quick to make our stay pleasurable. Judith and Kyle made us feel like we were a part of their family with their kindness and special attention. I will definitely be staying there each time I'm in Boca Raton. Also, the location was great providing easy access to all the places we wanted to see while there. Thank you so much Judith and Kyle!!
