I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting a**osphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. We held a 3 day training session for one of our depar**ents at the Waterstone. Working with the Waterstone team to accommodate 40 people was an easy and positive experience. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The hotel staff was kind, professional and efficient. I would definitely return for either business or pleasure.

They call this a resort. It is the furthest thing from a resort that I can imagine. The hotel was filthy. Don’t waste your time or money.

At the front desk is a woman named Marvel, she could not have been more pleasant or helpful. She is a wonderful representative for the hotel!!!

We were in this hotel for 5 nights. As far as I am concerned it does not meet my expectations of a 4-star rating. The rooms are tired and jaded. Overall cleanliness could be better. The friendliness of staff was mixed, many with a couldn’t care less attitude. One notable exception was Pierre in the restaurant who was friendly and had a professional attitude. One evening, when the wind came up and it turned chilly, he brought our towels for guests to keep warm. The Scots

My favorite place in Boca. Been coming here 12 years and it never disapoints. Pierre my server. Niketa, Kendra, Kurtis, Marvel and chef Ken. # Cabanalife I LOVE THIS PLACE I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT THIS PLA E JN MY LIFE!!!!!! The suite are spectacular and the pool is over the water gorgeous!

I met some friends for brunch on Sunday. Pierre was our waiter, from start to finish he anticipated our needs before we had the opportunity to ask. He was personable, entertaining and professional. Wasn’t expecting such a wonderful experience, with a great view and even better food. Will definitely become a Sunday Brunch regular. Thanks, Pierre.

Pierre made me and my friends feel so welcome as we celebrated Mother’s Day at Waterstone. He provided excellent service. He is the reason I will visit Waterstone in the future. Thank you Pierre you made our experience so pleasant. He was pleasant when we wanted to make changes and very patient with us. I am very satisfied with the service from Pierre.

While I was staying at Waterstone, my niece and I met an employee named George. He was exceptionally funny, cheery, and positive person. He welcomed us into this resort and made our stay very enjoyable. I believe he is an asset to this company.
