Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel’s delightful ambiance, thanks to its captivating art collection. The artistic touches created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making my stay even more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such creative beauty. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. This property is listed as an upgraded hotel. This property has not been updated for it has to be 30 or 40 years. It is very dirty. I would not walk on the rug with bare feet. The bathroom and tile were missing caulking. The manager on duty Kendra was so aloof she was bordering on rude. Do not book a stay here

We stayed at this property a year ago and this visit was 100% improved from our initial stay. Marvel was fantastic and assisted with my check in in addition to selecting a room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the intercoastal AND ocean, across the street. The pool was refreshing and clean with plenty of chairs for sunbathing. This is our go-to property when visiting the area and look forward to the continued renovations that are in process.

We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly, they made the experience. George was our favorite, he was really helpful, accommodating, and best of all FRIENDLY! He always said hello with a big smile. He offered help with anything we needed.

The room we stayed in had a great view! However, there was no soap bars or handsoap to wash our hands with, no liners in the trash, and ants all over the sink area. The shower smelled of mildew, and parking was atrocious as if you HAD to get Valet. For the price that was paid, things could have been a lot better.

Visited the sea spray grill and Pierre was a wonderful server! I visit every time I come to Boca! The strawberry daiquiris are amazing, the herb crusted chicken is delicious. I also loved the green beans! The views are wonderful and the breeze is a great relief after a long beach day.

George was very helpful and friendly, you guys are very lucky to have him! I also enjoyed my stay with you guys and would love to come back again. But George was the only one who stood out to me and my family. The restaurant was good, the rooms were clean, I would recommend this hotel to a few family members!

Rooms super clean and comfy, staff was 5-star! Very friendly and accommodating - especially George! He made sure I had my morning coffee and plenty of it and always asked how we were and if we needed anything. He stands out for sure! Pool area was great as well and bar/restaurant staff super great!!

Pierre was an amazing server! He answered all our questions and gave us excellent service. We are definitely coming back. I highly recommend visiting not only the hotel but the restaurant as well. I loved the environment, atmosphere, and the food was great!
