There should be water in the rooms. Also, breakfast should be open buffet in 3-star hotels. In addition, breakfast should be included in the reservations.

Rhean Was amazing! taking care of front desk and the cafe with a smile on her face she definitely knows customer service 10/10 and makes an amazing coffee. Made our morning better hope to see her again.

Reserved this hotel for two nights while attending family celebrations in the area. We arrived late in the evening on a Wednesday evening. Upon entering our room, we noticed a strong deodorizer smell. Exhausted after our long drive, we went to sleep. In the morning we reported the problem to the guest services voicemail. We never received a response and upon speaking with the front desk, we were told nothing could be done. Very upsetting.

Great location, clean and comfortable, next to a few very good restaurants

This hotel is in need of a refurb. The carpet and couch were dirty, smelly, torn. The inside door lock was unusable. The water tasted rusty from the faucet. The staff could have cared less. The complimentary coffee had run out. I had to chase down someone to replenish. The new coffee was cold. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Bed Bugs! Beware. One night with Bedbugs. I requested a room change for 2nd night. At first, they refused, saying no rooms available. After a while, a 2nd room was provided........ BED BUGS! Manager refused to speak with me. It seems this infestation is ok with Sonesta.

No serious complaints about the rooms and amenities - bedroom was fine with very comfortable beds, the bathroom was old and tatty and the water pressure could have been better. Nice heated swimming pool. But the service was terrible. There is no daily cleaning of rooms. Instead there is a 'refresh' every three days. In practice we had to remind reception twice that we were due a refresh and even then they did not provide more toilet paper.
