Cloister at the Boca Raton

The room was very moldy and puffy. Wasn’t clean enough and very old. The service wasn’t good at all. Location is great.

All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2. Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

Once you arrive you are immediately enter a beautiful oasis of luxury hospitality. Great service, great dining, fun kids area (water slides, surfing pool, movie room & game room). Water taxi to the beach for an enjoyable ride to a quiet full service beach day!

Typically we come 2 times a year. First I want to say we usually LOVE our time at The Boca Raton. When traveling a lot of times we say this doesn’t compare to The Boca. Upon check in we learned the golf course is under construction, that would have been helpful to know when booking seeing that we brought our clubs and love to play that particular golf course. No apologies were offered. We rented a bungalow and brought our 2 young children. The 2 bellman Ryan and Joel were wonderful and accommodating. Our service at the pool Sarah and Amelia TOP NOTCH both were outstanding. Daniel and Joey @ Japanese Bocce Club were attentive and provided wonderful service. Saul provided his usual wonderful massages. Something felt very off this trip. The shuttles were slow. Coffee @ Sadelles was subpar. Our water in our room wouldn’t stay hot. Mirasol my absolute favorite restaurant, the food was lacking in flavor and service was terrible. The birds at the pool opened a closed box of pizza and helped themselves and they also took the fabric napkin off I had draped over with silverware that I had anchored down covering my son’s grilled cheese. A little heads up they are ruthless would have been nice. We are looking for somewhere else to stay next time. We will be back I’m sure but we are going to give another place a chance.

Boca Raton Resort What an absolutely lovely historic resort on the water. From arrival to departure we felt cared for and spoiled at such a luxurious level. The room was classic with complimentary treats. The bars and restaurants were so wonderful. Cocktails and food were spot on. The staff makes the property what it is, everyone was kind and went over and above to make sure everyone was treated equally with class and attention. The spa, although I didn't have a treatment, is one of the most beautiful and all inclusive pampering I have every seen across the globe on many travels. If you are up looking for a special experience in and/or near Boca I challenge you to look no further.

We were so pleasantly surprised how wonderful this hotel was. We usually stay at similar type hotels every year for a girl's getaway. This one was so delightful in so many ways. It is so beautiful, clean & upscale without being uptight. The staff was super amazing! Everyone worked together as a team to meet all your needs. Just so thoughtful in an environment that was well thought out. Even though there were many families with young children, everyone had their own designated spaces. Felt serene & relaxing at every one of the pools. The food was on point at the on-site places we dined at. Loved having access to the water taxi, grounds shuttle & house car to take you to the nearby areas. Also appreciated the cold water bottles at every turn! Would return to The Boca Raton in heartbeat!!
