We very much enjoyed the pool area! The rooms were standard for this type of hotel. We had a slight problem with our upgrade. However, Gabriella at the front desk provided excellent customer service to correct the problem! The front desk staff and workers at the Renaissance Club were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Also, we loved the home made chocolate chip cookies at the front desk each afternoon. We have recently rebooked and are staying again in April!

Meat Market Corp. needs to revamp and re-establish the pool area as a destination for fun and partying!

The renovated pool area is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Gabriela at the front desk was very helpful. Other than that, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. No towels at the pool. We asked three times, as did others, and were told they being laundered. It’s 10:30 am, why are these being “laundered” now?! No one told us we need a credit card at the pool for a drink since you cannot charge to your room because the restaurant and bar are not actually part of the hotel. So same issue for the restaurant. The pool area is filthy. No one cleared the glasses from the day before and there are glasses and trash in the pool. No one is working out here at all. Our kids forgot toothpaste and we requested from housekeeping. They weren’t sure they had any (?!) and when they arrived, brought one. Because that’s all they had. No desk in the rooms. Both my husband and I needed to work and there are two chairs and a round table. Shower had mold. No one at the front desk could assist us in finding a Starbucks, let alone a restaurant. This is not even close to 4 star service.

It’s a newly renovated hotel. Everything is clean and seemingly new. The desk is removed and there’s not really space for a full suitcase but the floor. Everyone I met was friendly. The hotel lost power during the night and at 4PM the next day it’s still out. No idea when its coming back. They definitely could’ve done something to help us find another room. I know it’s not their fault but they could’ve done something.

The rooms were just remodeled. The dresser desk area were removed. There is only 2 chairs and a round table. There is no place to put luggage except for floor. Same for devices all plug in and placed on the floor. No work station desk area. It’s almost like a handicap room. Pool bar has no food. Restaurant is not part of the hotel. No room service. Location is good. Parking is free. Bed is comfortable.

My Fiancé and I had the opportunity to stay here for her birthday this month and WOW! We had stayed here before they did their renovation for a friend of ours wedding and it was a pretty nice hotel then, but after the renovation? Beautiful! The rooms have been updated a lot and it shows. They also did a lot of work on the pool outside which feels luxurious when you are out there. James at the front desk provided us with excellent service and ensured we had a parking pass when we arrived late in the evening. Lastly, if you get a chance, check out the meat market steakhouse. Great food, great atmosphere, resulting in a great night. Thank you Renaissance Boca!

The gym is terrible for an overall nice hotel. One one workout bench and small dumbbells. Needs to have a cable stack. Those are reasonably inexpensive and don’t take much room. I expect much better. Have to go offsite for a decent workout. Frustrating.
