The hotel lobby is not on the first floor, so we drove directly to the parking lot on the first floor. A little brother greeted us. The hotel is very clean. There is a battery car to take you to the beach. If you want, you can prepare a little tip. The sand on the beach is very fine, the white sand is beautiful, there are many western restaurants near the beach, you can walk back to the hotel, and the sanitation is very good.

It was ok, not as bad as some other reviews had made one worry. The staff in reception were great and friendly. There is a chemical smell in the building and the room had a hint of sweaty smell but it was clean. It´s dated but works for a night or two. Charging for high-speed wifi is not 2023 and greedy, especially for the price of the room.
It´s probably as many other hotels that are part of chains where expectations are higher, the staff do what they can but at the end it´s the owners who need to step up and invest in the property.

this building has cery little but can use facilities next door at springhill suites which is much better! breakfast, pool, nicer building, more people, more like a real hotel but this building has 2-bedroom suites which is great where as the other hotels do not usually offer that. Problem is the 2 bedroom suite only has a queen bed which it should have two full beds! The living room has a sleeper sofa but still they should put more beds in the 2nd bedroom!

Delicious breakfasts. The large fridge and kitchenette made it possible to purchase and store food for the holiday when the stores were closed.

After a "freshening" by housekeeping, a wine bottle was missing. I spoke to the manager, Shannon, who was unpleasant and unhelpful. I think she thought I was lying, but she was dismissive and offered no help. I have over 1200 Marriott nights and this is the first time I have experienced this. I will not stay here again!

The employees are what made my stay at this hotel an excellent one. Front desk clerk Lorenzo made certain my family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay during our vacation. I commend Lorenza in particular for his professionalism and courtesy. As a result, this hotel is highly recommended in my books.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and always ready to assist you. The lobby is sparkling and well equipped with all the amenities.
This hotel is located in a very safe town.
Most of all the train to the three majors airports are 5 minutes away from the hotel and if you have just a carry on, you can walk to the stations 🚉 and also, take the bus to go to the beautiful Tow Center of Boca Raton to shop, relaxing and eating.
