The hotel has a great location but it is very much in need of an update. I was also told it is for sale which is why nothing is being done. The breakfast is horrible and the food was very inconsistent. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

No es lo que ves. Hace 2 días que están sin Wi Fi. El desayuno básico y acotado. No se repone y no hay nada de variedad. Tardan una eternidad. Se acaban las toallas de la piscina a las 10 de la mañana. Hoy llegamos de una excursión y no habían repuesto las toallas en las habitaciones. Un desastre y a precio alto. No te puedes ir a otro hotel pq ya te cobraron. Lo único bueno la pileta y la locacion. La playa no es gran cosa. Las instalaciones son antiguas y le falta mantenimiento. En la habitación de mis hijos había humedad. Nos dijeron que no había Wi fi en toda la zona y a 200 metros tenían. El menú acotado y precios más altos que en el resto de las islas. Otra cosa rescatable la señora de la recepción de la tarde y noche.Le trata de poner onda y ayudar.

I am sure at one point in time, this was an A rated resort. It is very obvious that the property has not been kept up since it opened. The curtain in my room was torn, sliding glass in bathroom did not work and was falling apart, every time I showered it flooded, the furniture was old, discolored, and falling apart, the grass was unkept, ****s were even growing in the sand. I could go on and on. However, I will say that the staff and the food was the best thing about this property.

La piscina sucia e inutilizable. El comedor interior cerrado en obras. No habia nevera en la habitacion con el calor de la zona. Agua no apta para beber y ausencia de botellas en la habitacion ni maquinas proveedoras de bebidas. Menu poco variado y siempre el mismo. Desayuno muy limitado sin posibilidad de pedir otras cosas.

hotel é ok, dá para ficar, mas está com pouca gente trabalhando. comida ok, mas nada de mais. parece um pouco esquecido, muita coisa não está funcionando o tempo todo. staff é simpático, mas o hotel esta sem reforma a muitos anos.
