We stayed in this hotel for a week. Hotel staff was really nice and friendly. Hotel has good view of Gastein. It was easy to get to hiking tracks. Gastein is really beautiful town.

Stanza da letto piccola, in un appartamentino con salotto e cucina. Nessuna attenzione al cliente nella stanza, non un bollitore a disposizione con bustine di the o caffè. Prima colazione non inclusa ( 23 euro adulto e 12 bambini), parcheggio 10 euro al giorno o altrimenti il parcheggio dell albergo gratuito che è piuttosto scomodo e soprattutto molto difficile trovare un posto libero. Vi sono alberghi in paese a metà prezzo con più comfort e accoglienza.

Great location, very close to the train station, hiking areas, very close to the gondolas to the sky area. Very close to an amazing water fall. Excellent staff and service. Very clean. Great restaurant. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious. We love it.

This was the second time we visited Mondi at Bad Gastein on an RCI exchange. The room is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We got a balcony with a nice view and were very satisfied with our room. The service from the hotel and staff are perfect. There was a shuttle to the lift station Stubnerkugel or the railway station for 3 Euro/person. You could also go by shuttle to their restaurant Bellevue Alm for 2 euro/person. The hotel has a SPA with pools and saunas that are free of charge during your stay.

We stayed for 7 nights. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable - beddings, temperature, sufficiently equipped kitchen, strong wifi. Buffet breakfast was delicious with wide spread and good service Very pleasant and helpful reception upon check-in and throughout our stay. Special thanks to Alain for making us feel so welcomed and giving us useful information about the area. We enjoyed the Tuesday Director's welcome session. Bathroom shower could be stronger. A starter tea/coffee pack would be a nice welcome to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
