Premier Inn Bodmin

We thought Sarah was the kindest most helpful host of any hotel we have ever stayed . What a credit to your company she is. She made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us . It was a joy as ever to be in Cornwall and the hotel was the perfect way to break up a long journey

We stayed for one night and were extremely happy with our room and the service provided. Jade on reception was lovely and very helpful on check in. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both meals were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are ever in Bodmin again this is where we will stay

Usual standard you would expect for Premier Inn. Yes in parts it needs a repaint and repair but all in all a lovely stay. Have to say the staff were really nice and welcoming. Although the Aircon does not work, they had supplied a very good fan, so no concerns there.

We only stayed for one night and had issues as soon as we got into the room. The TV would t work which was resolved. However the quality of the room was very poor and dated. All the coverings on the vinyl furniture was peeling off in 6-12 inch sections. Things had been left under the bed from previous guests so th room hadn't been cleaned properly. Will definitely not be going back!!!

Friendly helpful and respectful. Very clean. Comfy beds. Good restaurant on site with very reasonable meal deal . Easy to find. Good parking. Plenty of space in room and the single bed also had good mattress Every thing we needed in the room Service with a smile

My husband and I visited three Premier Inns within one week. None of the three had lifts. At the second Inn, I came across a receptionist named Di. On asking where our room was I was told on the second floor along the corridor, she must have read my facial expression of “oh no not again”. I explained that I had problems with stairs but couldn’t get hold of anyone because I only had the 0333 number which is never answered. Di proceeded to do some shuffling of rooms to accommodate us for which I was very grateful. Later in the week, I asked if she was able to get me the direct number for the next hotel. I left her with the query but a little time later, she produced the phone number enabling me to make my phone call. I consider what she did to be over and above the normal standard of service and would like it to be recognised. Well done Di.

A reasonably priced hotel room for the night you can not go wrong with. Ideally located as well with amenities nearby.

Brilliant welcome, staff very helpfull ,especially Jade and Lizzie they could not do enough for us. Sorted out the room,nothing was too much trouble. Very happy personalities. Food in the Restaurant was excellent good sized portions and very tasty.

This Premier Inn is looking very tired and in need of a revamp. Our room and the reception area was very clean but there are very obvious signs of repair. Shower curtain rail was hanging off, wall paper peeling, scuff marks on walls. The room was red hot too, even though the room had the old style opening windows, it was far too hot. There was a fan in the room when we arrived but that didn’t blow out air properly. We woke up several times in the night, sweating and sticky from the heat.
