A decent modern hotel in a stunning location overlooking the harbour. Did I mention we saw a Sea Eagle quartering the harbour from our room... We book-ended a trip to the Lofotens with two nights at the Havet. Comfortable modern hotel, with friendly staff and very contrally located. The only frustration was the very poor supply of power sockets in the room and none around the desk. A bit awkward and dangerous plugging in the kettle in a socket at skirting-board level!

It is very nicely located right by the ocean and the ferry area. It is not bad, but its also just a typical city hotel. Staff seemed akward when being asked questions and were most comfortable behind thei computer. But room was nice and the price is decent making it a ok hotel.

Excellent hotel. Good rooms with a nice view (if you have a sea view or go up a bit). Good bed. Good breakfast and central location

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. The room very have modern design and all furniture work well. The toilet is quite spacious. We love the view from our rooms as the hotel is located next to the sea. There are many shops & restaurants within walking distance fhe hotel. The restaurant serving breakfast has many seating areas and the food served has many varieties. They tasted great too. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a shuffle board for guests to play. All in all, we have an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only drawback - our rooms were not cleaned properly - there were bread crumbs on the floor.

Wat een prima verblijf in het Scandic Havet Hotel in Bodø! We verbleven hier drie nachten en waren onder de indruk van alles. De locatie is ideaal, op loopafstand van het vliegveld, treinstation en winkels. We kozen voor zowel de bus als taxi, beide opties waren handig. De rooftop bar bood een adembenemend uitzicht en we hadden het geluk om het noorderlicht te zien. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met een breed assortiment en heerlijke koffie. De ontbijtruimte was rustig met een prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Onze kamer op de achtste verdieping was modern, ruim en goed uitgerust, met een geweldig uitzicht. De relaxte sfeer en het feit dat we de complete Ajax-selectie tegenkwamen, maakten het verblijf nog specialer. Een absolute aanrader!

Very centrally located, very easy to reach on foot from anywhere in the city, especially the port and the airport. Extraordinarily beautiful views from almost all rooms overlooking the breathtakingly beautiful landscape. Hotel equipped with everything you could need. What more do you want?

I feel comfortable in this hotel. The rooms facing the sea have a nice view (although it was completely dark when I was there), the breakfast is good and the service is pleasant. It is perfectly located in the center of Bodø.

Had to change room 3 times because of bad standards and got downgraded.. we were gonna complain about the last room but we had other weekend plans than to use the whole day to change roms.. the first room had puke on the curtains and the Windows was leeking so we couldnt sleep bucause of the noice from the wind. The second room was smaller, and the bathroom light was constantly blinking. The last room was also smaller than the room we originally ordered and was missing a nightlamp.. the only thing we got was 300nok in compensation
