Comfort Hotel Bodø

The stay was very comfortable! I made a last-minute reservation because I didn't know Bodo Airport would be closed. The staff at the counter was very friendly! They were very considerate and helped me use the pad to call a taxi. The service was very good! The room is also very nice, the bed is very good to sleep on

When going to lofoten islands, you usually pass through Bodo, I booked a stay at Comfort hotel bodo for one night and paid the full amount online in the morning. Unexpectedly, we arrived at the Comfort Hotel in a heavy snowstorm last night and found out that the hotel was closed. There was a notice at the door saying that all orders would be transferred to the sister hotel, quality hotel Ramsalt 😒 There was no prior notice of any kind 😡 Quality Hotel is further away from the airport. If we had known about it in advance, we would never have accepted this arrangement and changed to another hotel. But because it was too late last night, I could only drag my luggage and walk for 10 minutes under the wind and snow to go to the Quality hotel. The most outrageous thing is that when we checked out this morning, the Quality Hotel staff actually said that we had not paid yet and threatened that we would have to pay a more expensive rate at Quality Hotel before we could leave, otherwise we would call the police. We have the official receipt from the comfort hotel but its sister hotel Quality hotel still insists they did not receive the money 🤬🤬🤬 Finally, because I had to catch a flight, I couldn’t leave until I paid. After reading the reviews online, it turned out that both hotels have criminal records.

Schönes Hotel in der Inenstadt. Mit dem Bus in 2 Minuten vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Station neben Hotel. Nähe Hafen. TOP Frühstücksbuffet. Sogar Hafermilch und glutenfrei.Tagsüber kostenlos Tee und Kaffee in der Bar. Schöne Lobby zum Aufenthalt tagsüber. Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen und ein Fitnessbereich. Essensmöglichkeiten alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Einfach ein super Hotel. Kleiner Hinweis. Wenn Ihr über Strawberrry eincheckt und den Schlüssel aktiviert funktionieren die Hotelkarten an der Zimmertür nicht :-)

Hotellet er flott, men skittent. Bodde i 3 dager uten at det ble utført renhold på rom, heisomrpde ganger. Mye sand og grus i ganger og på rom. Frokosten var ikke mer enn den måtte være, mat som skal være varm var kald.
