В этом отеле мы с женой провели 4 ночи. В последний день жена мылась в душе в номере отеля, попыталась открыть стеклянную дверь кабины, и она рухнула на нее раскрошенным стеклом.(Уточню. Фотографии были сделаны мной после уборки стекла. Посмотрите, как тщательно все убрано) Поведение руководства отеля ужасно. После случившегося нам не предложили никакой компенсации. На полу, в раковине и мыльнице лежат куски стекла. Нам не предложили переселиться в другой номер, не поменяли полотенца, которые были в крови, руководитель отеля пришла на следующий день, и никак не отреагировала, с нас цинично сняли деньги за проживание, и все. Считаю, что отели с таким отношением к постояльцам не имеют права работать, и предлагать свои услуги.

Odada su bile yoktu. Klima saatlerce çalıştığı halde yalıtım kötü olduğu için hiç ısınmadı. Tanıtımda bahsedilen ikramlar da yoktu. Yeri ve dekorasyonu dışında hiç bir özelliği yok maalesef.

Memnun kaldık :) Çok temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar kibar insanlar . Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve fazlaca çeşit mevcut biz beğendik ama pandemi döneminde riski azaltmak açısından tabak hazırlarken maske takılması şartının getirilmesi çok iyi olur. Otelden dışarı adım attığınız anda merkezde olmak çok büyük bir avantaj ama malesef otopark için günlük 50 tl konaklama ücretine eklenmiş oluyor. Bizim için fiyat performans olarak iyi bir konaklama oldu. Tavsiye edeceğim bir otel :)

NOT RECOMMEND!!! The room was dirty and ercon was not working in the middle of the summer! When I complained they told me to wait after 4 hours the room was unbearable to be in ! I requested another room but stuff told me that Hotel is full!!! When I get upset and refused to stay and demanded to get my money back they found a room with ercon! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!
