Very mixed feelings after that stay.
House keeping forgot to clean room three times, and forgot some things some other times. The place is a bit worn down, gym is extremely small, shop is more like a sales place just for a few things, noise travels through walls too easily, some food is not refilled and food decreased last week of the two weeks.
On the other hand the location is great with a few hundred meters to beach and city life, pool area is ok and the young boy staff (plus one girl) are very friendly and helpful.

Hôtel très sympa j'y vais depuis des années très propre bien situé très bien reçue personnel au top mais depuis 2 ans dégradation dommage ça coûte rien de changer les goutes à 16 h entre boule de glace crêpe au lieu de ces biscuits secs identiques depuis 2 ans et les transats toujours connu les mêmes ils sont tous cassés juste ajouté des nouveaux matelas jaune cache misère c'est compliqué d'en trouver 2 corrects juste ça à revoir déjà remonté l'information plusieurs fois si cela se modifie je recommande ac100%

Erstmal ist zu sagen, vergessen Sie die 5 Sterne, das ist Quatsch und unerklärlich wie diese je zustande gekommen sind (Bestechung?). Als 3 Stern Hotel hätte ich eine bessere Bewertung gegeben aber als ANGEBLICHES 5 Sterne Hotel kann ich nicht mehr als einen geben. Die Hygiene ist extrem schlecht, es waren bei Ankunft sogar noch die leeren Chipstüten der vorigen Gäste unterm Bett. Generell ist es eher schmutzig und gereinigt wird nur auf mehrfache Reklamation. Die Pools sind an sich gut aber die Liegen fast alle beschädigt. Betten eher hart und Kissen total ungemütlich. Das Internet ist miserabel, fast unmöglich hier etwas online zu erledigen. Das Hallenbad hatte geschlossen obwohl man uns zuvor zugesichert hatte es wäre offen. Alles in allem scheint das Management des Hotels eine einzige Katastrophe zu sein. Gut ist die Lage sehr Nahe zum Zentrum und das Frühstück war ok.

Well, I read loads of reviews on this hotel but, foolishly went anyway! Let me start with the good points first we never ran out of toilet paper. Bad points, bedrooms, begging for refurbishment, cabinets & shelves hanging off. Not cleaned properly. Only changed the bed sheets when asked Bathroom was disgusting, toilet roll holder & towel holder on the floor, shelving dropping off and the shower OMG can’t have been cleaned since it was fitted, the silicone round the shower tray was brown!!!! Be aware this hotel doesn’t cater for Brits not one person spoke English. The guests were mainly Turkish and a few Russians. All inclusive no branded drinks just local rubbish that didn’t taste of much and dispensed in plastic cups except for the dining room. Beer was flat. After the first two days we found a local bar and drank there and dined out four nights. I could on but it’s easier just to say DON’T GO THERE.
