Hotel to which I would cancel the 5 stars, attracted by the beach we chose this hotel, the check in started with a key put there and not even good morning, 4 people behind the reception, the rooms not well maintained and damp! Stay away from this hotel

Gerçekten verdiği hizmetiyle, müşteriye olan yardımsever çalışanlarıyla kendini diğerlerinden ayıran bir otel. Tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Odalar ferah ve tertemiz. Aynı zamanda oda dekorasyonunu da çok modern buldum. Manzarasını da ayrı güzel. A la carte restoranın menüsü zengin olmakla birlikte sipariş ettiğiniz yemek ne olursa olsun doyuruculuk ve porsiyon olarak size hayli hayli yetecektir.

otelin manzarası ve denizi muhteşemdi. şehir merkezine yakın olması güzeldi. 3 gün otelin etkinligi oldu o da yeterli ve keyifli oldu. fakat her sey dahil konsepte yeni gecmisler ve organize olamamışlar. hem hizmet kalitesi hem lezzet kalitesi cok kotuydu. her sey dahil diye geldik ama yemekleri yiyemedik. mutfak hijyen acısından hic iyi değildi. garsonlar ilgisizdi bir sey istiyosunuz 1 saatte geliyor ya da hic gelmiyor. bi kac tane ilgili garson vardı (sezgin bey ve eyyüp bey teşekkür ederiz) odalar temizdi. ama eksiklikler vardı yine. hizmet ve yemek kalitesi değişmediği sürece bir daha tercih edecegimizi düşünmüyorum.

Bayram tatilimizi ailecek arkadaslarimizla birlikte Azka otelde gecirdik. Yakın zamanda kaldığımız en iyi otellerden biriydi. Uygun fiyati, Lezzetli yemekleri, güler yüzlü personeli ve Bardakci koyundaki tesisi ile Azka otel bizim icin doğru bir seçim , yuksek Fayda/maliyet oraniyla guzel bir tatil oldu. Tum otel personeli ve yoneticilerine tesekkur ederiz. We spent our Eid holiday with our family and friends at Azka Hotel. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in recently. Azka Hotel was the right choice for us with its delicious food, friendly staff and facility in the uniquely beautiful Bardakci Bay of the Aegean Sea. It was a nice holiday with a high benefit/cost ratio. We would like to thank all hotel staff and managers.

Eşim ve 4 yaşındaki kızımızla 2024 Ramazan bayramı tatilinde konakladık. Bu kadar uygun fiyata Bodrum merkezde ultra her şey dahil bir yer olamaz diyorduk ama varmış. :) Şehrin göbeğinde ve her yere yakın. Şansımıza hava güneşli ve güzeldi, denize de girdik. Bardakçı koyunda bulunuyor. Kumsal ve su müthişti. Kıbrıs otellerinde bile verilmeyen bazı içecekler ücretsiz verildi. Yemekler doyurucuydu. San Sebastian konusunda aşırı hassasız ama abar**ıyorum 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum, şeflere selamlar… Personel ilgiliydi. Çocuklu aile çoktu ve kızımız bahçede, küçük oyun odasında doyasıya eğlendi. Biz ana binada kaldık ama plaja yakın önü bahçeli yerler bence çok daha güzelmiş. Çimlere yalınayak basıp uzandık ve Bodrum’un keyfini çıkardık. Bayram boyunca her akşam gerçekten çok kaliteli sanatçılar otelde, otel müşterilerine ücretsiz konser verdiler. Masamızda oturduk ve 3metre yanımızda Zeynep Casalini gözlerimize bakıp sahnede şarkılarını söyledi. Otel belli ki sanata, sanatçıya ve doğaya saygılı. Başta sevgili Cem Bey olmak üzere tüm çalışanlara teşekkürlerimizi sunarım. Lobideki barda çalışan Ertan, Eyyüp Bey’e ve Melek Hanım’a da ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Otel bu sene ultra her şey dahil sistemine geçmiş. Sezon sebebiyle mi bilemiyorum ana yemek çok vasat çeşit kırık en basitinden gözleme dahi yok. Snack restoranda sadece bir çeşit ürün çıkıyor. Örn 1 gün döner diğer gün hamburger gibi. İçecekler genelde kutu olması avantaj. Denizi çok iyi ve keyifli. Girişi bir miktar taşlık sonra kum . Otopark problem. Odalar g***t başarılı. Çalışanlar epey yardımcı oluyor. Toparlamam gerekirse fiyat performans oteli. Sezonda umarım yemek konusunda problem yaşamadan çözerlerse tavsiye ederim. Genelde bodrumda iyi ve marka denilebilecek yerlerde konaklıyorum bu sefer 3 gün bayram sebebiyle geldim tat**n ettimi fena değil.
