Заехали в номер без уборки , только поменяли белье и полотенца . Полотенца дырявые , белье в пятнах . Уборку предложили один раз за неделю . В номерах холодно , внутри все довольно обветшалое . Завтрак ужасный яйцо вареное , несвежие овощи , немного сыра и оливок и все. Удивительно откуда у отеля такие отзывы , видимо произошла смена персонала .

Yıllardır seyahat ederim.. Kaldığım hiçbir otelde böyle bir muamele görmedim.. Paramla rezil oldum desem yeridir. Karşılamadan çıkış yapana kadar. 5 karış surat yaptılar.. Kahvaltıya iniyorum otelin müdürü olduğunu idda eden bayan bana bir günaydın demeyerek surat yaparken, yabancı misafirlerle kahkahalarla sohbet ediyordu.. Kahvaltıda birşey almaya kalktığımda tip tip bana bakıyordu.. Neden kalktı bu der gibi? Beni ilk gün arka tarafa bakan bir odaya verdiler sesimi çıkarmadım.. Arkada bahçede de köpek klübeleri var. Yemin ederim sabaha kadar uyuyamadım.. Sabah resepsiyona gidip oda değişikliği rica ettiğimde de müsait odalarının olmadığını ilettileri. Dedim ki ben buraya tatile geldim 7 gün boyunca uykusuz mu kalacağım? Misafirinize bunu mu reva görüyorsunuz? Yapabilecek bişeyimiz yok dediler. Sinirim stresim moralim her sey altüst oldu.. Akabinde oteli aldığım tur şirketi Otel Z'yi aradım. Durumu anlattım. Otelimi değiştirin ben burda kalmak istemiyorum dedim. 1 saatin içinde bana dönüş yaptılar. Otelle görüştüklerini ve ön tarafa bakan boş müsait oda olduğunu ilettiler. Hani müsait odanız yoktu? Altı üstü 7 gün tek başıma tatilimi yapıp, otelinizde kalıp gideceğim böyle mi misafir ağırlıyorsunuz siz? İşletmecilik anlayışınız müşteri memnuniyetine verdiğiniz değer bu mu? Bir daha mı asla.. Yıllardır Bodrum'a giderim ben böyle bir muameleyi ilk kez yaşıyorum.. Belki işletme sahibinin bu olanlardan haberi yoktur diye buraya da yazmak istedim. Nasıl insanlarla çalıştığını görsün.. Gidecek olan arkadaşlara da tavsiyemdir bu yüksek fiyata çok daha iyi oteller var..

A great Stay. - The Hotel is in a good location, 8 mins walk from the bus station and just 5 - 6 mins walk down to the Sea Front or the Town.
The reception and staff are friendly and efficient.
Breakfast is good and is very fresh.
Everything worked in my room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small supermarket 200 metres away for drinks and snacks.
Happy to stay again. :-)

Bella struttura a 6-7 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal lungomare. Camera moderna, spaziosa, silenziosa e pulita: ottima qualità del sonno. Molto bello il giardino e lo spazio attorno alla piscina. Colazione a buffet con un'offerta ricca. Personale premuroso. Per il parcheggio auto sono disponibili quattro posti accanto all'albergo oppure in un piazzale gestito da terzi a 30 metri: in questo caso ho trattato sul prezzo comunque basso.
