Costa Bodrum City

We went into the room without cleaning, only changed linen and towels. Towels were torn, linen was stained. Cleaning was offered once a week. The rooms are cold, inside everything is rather dilapidated. Breakfast is terrible boiled egg , stale vegetables , some cheese and olives and that's it. It's amazing how the hotel got such reviews, apparently there was a change in staff.

I have been traveling for years. I have never been treated like this in any hotel I have stayed in. I must say that I was disgraced with my money. From the welcome until you check out. They made a big face.. I went down to breakfast. The lady who claimed to be the manager of the hotel was making a face by not saying good morning to me, while laughing and chatting with the foreign guests.. When I tried to buy something for breakfast, she was looking at me strangely.. As if to say, "Why is this happening?" On the first day, they gave me a room facing the back, I didn't say anything. There are dog kennels in the garden at the back. I swear I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I went to the reception in the morning and asked for a room change, they told me that they did not have any available rooms. I said, I came here on vacation, will I stay sleepless for 7 days? Is this what you do to your guest? They said there was nothing we could do. My nerves, my stress, my morale, everything was turned upside down. Then I called Hotel Z, the tour company from which I bought the hotel. I explained the situation. I said change my hotel, I don't want to stay here. They got back to me within 1 hour. They said they contacted the hotel and there was an available room facing the front. You know, you didn't have a room available? I'm going to spend 7 days on my own and stay at your hotel. Is this how you host guests? Is this your business approach and the value you place on customer satisfaction? Never again.. I have been going to Bodrum for years and this is the first time I have experienced such trea**ent. I wanted to write here in case the owner of the business is unaware of what is happening. Let him see what kind of people he works with. I recommend it to my friends who are going to visit. There are much better hotels for this high price.
