I wanted to cancel the holiday I bought 1 month ago because I learned that I have cancer. I will have surgery on August 2, 2024 and it is not possible for me to attend the reservation on August 13. When I first spoke to the hotel reception, they said they could cancel it. Then I informed the intermediary company about the situation. However, the hotel did not approve the cancellation. It is a clean and cute hotel with the best room concept I have ever stayed in. The location is very central. The staff is very attentive. It is a boutique hotel but it has everything you need and although it is this good, the price was also very affordable.

Bodrumda otel arayışımız içinde en güzeliydi. Herhangi bir yere rezervasyonumuz yoktu yaklaşık 7-8 butik otel gezdik ve en son burada karar kıldık. Hem temizdi hem konforludu, giriş esnasında resepsiyondaki hanfendi sanırım sahibiydi çok kibar bir şekilde karşıladı ve yardımcı oldu evet 1 hafta boyunca antalya’ya kadar akdenizde tüm bölgelere girdik çıktık en güzellerinden biriydi. Tabi bodrumda girdiğimiz o 7-8 otel tamamen faciaydı ki yazın eminiö hepsi full doluyordur. Umarım siizn de standartlarınız ve kaliteniz bozulmaz :)

Booked a room from 26.09 to 09.10. Upon arrival at the hotel, I paid for the entire stay. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, I left the hotel on 01 October. I warned the hotel in advance. However, the hotel management refused to refund the money for the unused stay. They just stole $300 from me. I understand that I may have caused inconvenience to the hotel due to an unscheduled departure. But we could agree on paying a fine, such as the cost of staying 1 or 2 nights. Also, the room was dirty. Garbage was taken out only 3 days after check-in and make up the room only after I asked. The floor is very dirty, it was impossible to walk barefoot - only in shoes. A boutique hotel right in the center of Bodrum, within walking distance to everywhere. The receptionists are very friendly and it is obvious as soon as you enter the hotel that they love their job. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Air conditioners in the room were well positioned, did not blow directly onto the bed. Room was clean and comfort. We had breakfast on the beach, which is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In order to use the sea and sunbeds of the hotel, you need to make a reservation in the morning, and you have to spend 200 TL in there.
