I wanted to give Deborah, the front desk supervisor, a shout out and say how helpful and kind she was while on our stay. She really has a positive attitude and represents the Hilton brand with courtesy and professionalism. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever staid at! Andrea at the breakfast bar put out a great spread. The coffee was available all day and was good and strong. The out door pool, hot tub and fireplace was vey relaxing. The rooms were clean and looked like new.

Five Star Stay: It’s the people that make a business successful, more than the brick and mortar building! Stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect: Staff, property and room! Special acknowledgment to receptionist Sadye and Will: Always a smile, friendly greeting, and willing to help with driving directions around area, restaurant recommendations and local attractions! Special acknowledgment also to Andrea in charge of breakfast area: During our multi-state trip she was the best: Always happy, always cleaning, and constantly monitoring the food selection to keep it stocked and fresh ( you can tell when someone loves and takes pride in their responsibilities)! And would also like to acknowledge Jessica in housekeeping: Our room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and despite her always being super busy, she was always smiling and working hard to provide the best clean and safe environment! Thank you all so much for a great stay!

Traveling home from Ft Bliss to Ft Liberty and stayed here. No reservation made, and Deborah S. booked me a room and gave me great recommendations for food near by. Checked out with Sadey N. in the morning and hit the road. Great stay and great customer service. Breakfast was great and room was just right for my trip home. Will add this stop on my travels across Texas.

Exploring the North side of San Antonio and the surrounding area of the Hill Country, we stayed for several days at the Hampton Inn. Check-in and check-out were easy, there is plenty of parking, and the hotel being just off of I-10, it is of easy access. The rooms were spacious and easily slept 4 people. Breakfast was modest, but sufficient, but there was no restaurant service after breakfast. The pool area is comfortable, with an outdoor fireplace and comfortable chairs for sundowners. There is a hot tub, although the pool and hot tub close down at 10:00 pm. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a visit to the area.

Out of coffee on a cold day checking in and in the colder evening returning from family gathering. Surprise no shower cap for lady and only one small bar of soap. Staff was polite and told them needed a bigger sign for their only entrance location.
