I have stayed at many Oaks properties.. i believe Oaks Santai has just become my favourite Oaks. Can't wait to get back there!

My husband and I enjoyed a perfect romantic getaway at Santai Resort. We loved everything about the experience, from the perfectly appointed venue to the friendly staff. We will definitely attend again in the future.

Not wheelchair friendly which made it a little inconvenient pulling luggage with wheels around. Other than that, perfect getaway for a few days.

Room was large, clean and had everything for a perfect stay. Heated outdoor spa was relaxing. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Shops nearby. Coastal walking track is close by as is the beach.

had a lady at reception tell me I need a physical bank card to put down a deposit and was unable to use my phone. thankfully I was only 20mins away from home and was able to call my sister to bring me hers as I’m waiting on a new card. when I got back with the card I had a different lady who told me I could use my phone, which worked. what a waste of my time and sisters time / petrol.
other than that the place was amazing
