Wir hatten ein Swim Up Room als kleine Upgrade bekommen. Das war das beste Zimmer was wir bekommen konnten, tolles Zimmer, super Bett und quasi ein privat Pool, da den kein andere genutzt hat.. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles im Allem war alles super.wie werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Excellent service bootiful rooms staff are amazing and attentive and food plenty of choice and good quality 2nd time and would return. Pools clean . Entertainment good. The facilities are second to none . Pool area clean and tidy and hotel well looked after

Очень достойный отель в соотношении цены и качества. Отель очень семейный, много семей с маленькими детьми. Песчанный чистый широкий пляж. Качественное питание и большой выбор блюд в основном ресторане. Очень удивил отель с точки зрения гигиены, все чисто, если кто то намусорил, сразу все убирается. Много персонала. Хорошая анимация, дети были в восторге от развлечений и мини клуба. Я от спорта, участвовала во всех спортивных программах. Качество йоги, зумбы и степа - на профессиональном уровне. Есть небольшое футбольное поле, где мальчишки гоняли футбол. Два аквапарка, один для малышей, другой для детей постарше и взрослых. Проживание было в семейном номере. Номер большой и уютный, сплит кондиционер, большая терраса. Мы часто путешествуем с детьми и остаемся в отеле категории лакшери, поэтому знаем с чем сравнить. В этом отеле все предусмотрено и ориентировано под детей и для облегчения отдыха семей именно с детьми. Даже в лакшери отелях нас на входе не окружали такой заботой при регистрации. Спасибо персоналу отеля за заботу о своих гостях!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel , mit sehr nettem Personal , jeder Zeit wieder . Wir sind zum 14 mal in diesem Hotel und fühlen uns wie daheim . Danke Wir kommen sicher wieder und wieder und wieder . Das komplette Konzept ist durchdacht ,und für jedes Alter was geboten .

We zijn hier een week geweest. Goede ontvangst, mooie kamers, schoon hotel, mooie zwembaden en strand. Alleen dit is voor ons niet genoeg. Op vakantie willen wij ook gezellig en vooral lekker eten. Dit is niet het geval. Eten in hoofdrestaurant is slecht. Geen variatie, geen thema avonden. Alles koud en smakeloos vaak al om 20.00 uur op en en niet meer aangevuld. Grote 'eetschuur' zonder sfeer. Personeel spreekt geen engels. Veel komen er uit Kazachstan en zijn vooral gericht op de vele russische toeristen die er komen. Burgerrestaurant aan het strand ook erg slecht. Welke burger je ook kiest het is liefdeloos op een broodje gekwakt met een ranzige lamsvlees smaak en met slechte patat en vooral koude patat erbij. Themarestaurants betaal je 15 euro p.p. voor en is niets beter. Dit is in vele andere Turkse all-inclusie hotels veel beter. Entertainment is daarentegen top. Super sportlessen, schuimparty, avondshows, dj's, leuke familieavonden. Groot nadeel zijn de taxi prijzen. Ze rekenen voor een ritje naar Belek (16 km), heen en weer, 50 euro. Dit is niet normaal. Betaalde ik vorig jaar om van Side naar het vliegveld te rijden. Dit maakt dat een avondje het hotel uitgaan wel erg duur is. In de omgeving van het hotel is niet veel te beleven helaas. Voor ons nooit meer Belek. Wel speciale dank aan Guest Relations die er alles aan doet om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Nu nog een nieuwe kok in de keuken....

Очень хороший отель мне очень понравилось обслуживание на высоте номера чистыми были очень довольны семьёй кухня просто восторг на следующей год еще придём бассейны чистые даже ресепшн обслуживание отличное нас все показали и объяснили спасибо за хорошый отдых

Sehr schönes Familienhotel und vor allem eine saubere Hotelanlage vom Zimmer bis zum Pool. Hier wird den Kindern rund um die Uhr eine tolle Betreuung mit ständig wechselnden Programm geboten. Einziges Manko ist das sich ständig wiederholende Essen, was sich sicher nicht immer vermeiden lässt, jedoch würde hier noch etwas mehr Abwechslung gut tun. Der Service ist auch hervorzuheben. U.a Mehmet Inan im Restaurant macht einen sehr guten Job :).

In een woord: geweldig! Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers en eigenlijk het hele hotel en eromheen is schoon. Tijdens het eten blijven ze de restjes van de grond opruimen, dus je ziet nooit ergens wat liggen. Het eten is uitgebreid en ook goed. Voor een vegetariër als ikzelf was er ook genoeg keuze. Daarnaast wordt er ook nog veel vers bereid. Je kan je eigen pasta en omelet bijvoorbeeld samenstellen. De hele dag kan je overal wel snacks halen zoals ijs, gozleme, pide, pizza, patat en gebakjes. Ook zit er een Starbucks in het hotel die bij de prijs inbegrepen zit. Aan entertainment kennen ze ook geen gebrek. In het zwembad, in de arena, de disco, een mini kermis voor kinderen. Je kan het zo gek niet bedenken. Het strand is ook super dichtbij en eventueel kan je met een shuttle erheen als je wat verder met je kamer zit. De cocktails in de 24/7 bar zijn ook top! Ook kan je nog een fotoshoot doen, naar de kapper, naar de spa, er zitten wat winkeltjes in het hotel. Je kan je eigenlijk niet vervelen. Dus mijn conclusie is dat dit gewoon echt een hele fijne vakantieplek is!

Отдыхали с мужем в мае 2024 года.Отель очень понравился,встретили осень приветливо на рецепте,все объяснили,пока завтракали,был готов номер,заселились быстро. Номер чудесный с видом на сад и на море. Убирали каждый день,очень приветливые горничные.Бар пополнился каждый день.Много баров,ресторанов,кафе. Готовят очень вкусно и разнообразно.Питание чудесное,много фруктов,мороженое и т.д.Прекрасная анимационная группа,интересные шоу программы. Хочется отметить дружелюбный,приветливый,внимательный персонал в отеле. Все улыбаются.Обязательно приедем ещё раз.
