Overall ok banget hospitalitynya.
+ Reseprionis, security, seluruh staff ramah
+ Sarapan melimpah , rasa enak
+ Kamar bersih , AC dingin , lorongnya juga terang jadi ngga serem
+ Kulkas dingin ngga cuma jadi pajangan
+ Akses juara , banyak cafe hits , tempat makan banyak ..
- Cek in nya bener2 harus tunggu jam 2pm
- Kolam renang air nya cukup keruh

Disini label nya hotel syariah tp tdk mau memudahkan sesama umat ,sy pesan hotel kemudian sy batalkan atas persetujuan pihak hotel Krn lokasi masih jauh 18km an lagi posisi kejebak macet tdk memungkinkan utk melanjutkan perjalanan sy telpon lah pihak hotel gpp di batalkan Bu di aplikasi nya maka itu sy berani batalkan andai saja tdk ada persetujuan sy pasti tetep melanjutkan perjalanan walaupun nunggu macet lumayan kan 550 rb jg hangus ,,pdhl kejadian yg sama di hotel lain dgn aplikasi lain bisa di refund tanpa ribet 🥱
dari aplikasi nya sudah mengupayakan dgn baik tp dari pihak hotel keuekeuh pdhl dia yg bikin pernyataan ya syudahlah...

酒店沒人氣，房間很久沒人住，被子潮濕，設施都很舊，房間和毛巾也很臟，當天晚上入住都沒有熱水，自來水裡麪還有泥巴，真的不建議入住，我在走的時候還拍了照片有照片。
