Enter the hotel lobby, be treated to a unique fragrance in the hotel lobby, I hope all the guests like it, the reservation service is fast and smooth, although because I'm impatient, there are problems that are handled quickly. the room is comfortable, maybe the downside is in the presentation of towels in the bathroom, only mats and towels are available, there are no other small towels.
I didn't really explore the other facilities, for breakfast, the 'taste' food was on several menus, the variety was enough for a 4starhotel but that day the fried noodles were a bit salty...but the yellow rice was delicious...
had the chance to enjoy a traditional massage, thank you mba'Dedeh K.
The staff served well, until check out, I recommend this hotel for a staycation while waiting for your mother to shop at the FO opposite the hotel..hahahhaha

Well, it was our first time, but we were happy to stay there. the staff is nice, the check-in is quick and easy.
the lounge is artistic. the room is comfortable and spacious, enough for the three of us.
the facilities are good. there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, an ironing table, a small fridge, and some hangers.
the swimming pool is good.
the food is delicious, there are international as well as traditional menus. you can also have indomie by request. But, there is one menu that need to be improved, the sushi (I think the rice is too cold).
overall, we enjoyed staying there.
