The room is clean, the mountain and forest scenery is pleasant. If there is no traffic jam, it takes about 50 minutes to get there by taxi from southern Jakarta. It is suitable for vacation, team building, and tourism.
The resort has a buffet breakfast, steak house, and Japanese restaurant. The taste is excellent. There are hiking, archery, game room and other projects. There are many swimming pools, deer park, and poultry park where you can get close to small animals. It is highly recommended.
The only disadvantage is that it is difficult to get a taxi.

I was quite surprised because the standard room was quite large and had a balcony. the hotel is very suitable for families and children. There is no queue for breakfast and the food is quite varied but the taste of the food is just ordinary. at the time the makeup room was not clean and tidy but all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The check out process was also fast, will definitely come back there again.

Best luxury family hotel in Bogor-Puncak Area...
having staycation in Pulman Vimala is a great experience. Kids are happy. So many facilities and events inside the hotel. Disable friendly, family friendly... All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and many varieties. The mad cow steak is two thumbs up.
Luxury means no "mendang mending". Overall is very worth it at all.
Suggestion:
Need more, clearer, easier to understand the way for visitor especially for the first time and common visitor. Signs and maps or maybe tv monitor or inter-phone in every floors, intersections and facilities.
Need more extention canopy along the way to prevent hard rain and windy rain enter the corridor in every floor.
It is very slipppery and dangerous for children and elderly when they are slipped.

My kids are happy with the facilities, foods are great, the staffs are absolutely nice and friendly. The room is very clean and cozy. Never regret staying ini this beautiful resort. Four thumbs up, will visit again during school holiday in June.

As for the location and facilities, it's okay... there are just a few notes in the play area, for example playing table tennis, asking for more balls, they say there aren't any, then when it comes to archery, we ask for arrows, we have to take them ourselves and ask for more children. arrows not given...
