This was my third stay here. The room was spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The hotel's free airport shuttle is really convenient. Plus, there's a pharmacy and two large supermarkets nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The area also feels very safe.

This hotel is a den of thieves, and they even cover for their thieving staff. I accidentally left my phone on the nightstand when I checked out. The next day, the cleaning staff denied finding it. This hotel is a den of thieves, thank you very much! ****

Easy to walk and take a cab to Plaza Claro and Salitre. Good sleeping quality but just a little noises outside the window, I like the breakfast.

Ok for our stay, close to airport. Not so close to city center - also considering the heavy traffic. In the area, few amenities and restaurant options available. Appreciated for travelers, rather than tourists.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Nice breakfast, good location and free transportation to the airport, super friendly stuff and well informed, local drivers and taxi service is the best!

The room is quite big. There are many office buildings, restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is decorated with fresh flowers, which are fragrant. Breakfast is on the 10th floor. The dining area is also quite large. On weekends, there will be people playing piano and singing in the bar on the 1st floor.

Mega hotel, free airport transfer, good location, great breakfast, I recommend this hotel.

The room is relatively clean, the cost is not high, and there is an airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own taxis, which makes travel more convenient, and there are many places to eat around.

The environment is OK. The facilities are old. The bed springs are very hard and uncomfortable to sleep.

Well located hotel, clean with breakfast buffet and great service. Free shuttle bus to and from airport.
