El hotel muy cómodo, la atención muy bien y educada. Muy conforme. La habitación muy bien. Cuando tuve alguna dificultad, fue resuelto en seguida. Por ejemplo si faltaba jabón o faltaba toalla, etc, etc.

Best hotel in bogota, the service was friendly and welcoming. Front desk was attentive and provided and extra bed for my child. My wife has diamond status so the upgraded room and executive lounge was amazing. Room had some chocolates that was an amazing touch. Couldn't have had a better family stay.

No tuve agua fría ni espejo en la habitación durante los 5 días de mi estancia, las amenidades muy básicas y el servicio de minibar incómodo y con poca variedad definitivamente no lo recomendaría ni siquiera para viajes de negocios

la cama no sera doble sino que eran dos camas sencillas , lo mejor fue la bañera y la vista de la habitación, también el televisor estaba en buen estado y con buena seña de cable, el baño muy aseado y cómodo, y el desayuno fue bueno.

Recomendados, un poco de variedad en el desayuno estaria bien, se escucha algo de ruido en los pasillos en las noches, pero son los mismo huespedes en ocaciones, de resto todo excelente. Instalaciones 10/10.

la habitacion y el hotel en general es muy buena sin embargo solicite la posibilidad de un cupo de parqueadero y se entiende que el hotel no cuenta con este servicio sin embargo tampoco me apoyaron en la busqueda de alguno cerca, tambien al realizar el check in me cobraron un valor de mas que no estaba en la reserva aunque era muy poco si me parecio mal que no le indiquen desde el principio ni tampoco la persona de recepcion sabia el concepto de este cobro, el desayuno muy rico y saludable de pronto la cantidad podria mejorarse
