We loved this hotel experience and even got to go back a second time during our time in Colombia. The hotel is up to date and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly (Chris the bell hop is very caring) and polite. You can tell they take pride in ensuring your comfort. Service is quick either maintenance or in room dining. The nails salon is outdated and not what you would expect from the hotel, we did manicures and pedicures but the ladies were super nice and caring. The breakfast buffet is busy after 9am and hard to get served by wait staff...best to go around 7:30am-8am for the best experience. We booked transport through the hotel to go Ziper and was quoted 171,000 pesos or $44 usd, when we got back to the hotel the driver charged us $69usd because of the 3 hours ($24,000 pesos per extra hour) extra that we were stuck in traffic. Your best bet is to use Uber to travel around and rappi for food. We were surprised that we had to purchase swim caps for the pool which was mandatory. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is good for short stays and is very well located in the north part of the city.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

I love this place. I don't know why it's not more popular on TA. The location in Chapinero is terrific. The breakfast is fine. It's actually great for a budget hotel. It's within walking distance of Teatron and other *** clubs. It's the perfect place for sleeping, showering, and freshening up. Just the basics. Be sure to take a room with a view on a high floor! The only downside is there is no A/C in the room itself and the windows don't open. Wifi seems to always work fine.

This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

The newly renovated hotel is clean, the facilities are in good condition, and the breakfast is rich, nutritious and delicious.

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.

The pictured room is exactly what go get. The reason for the low rating is because the decor is really 1970's, the staff is nice but only one person is at the front desk and when someone checks in they put the phones on hold. And the front desk staff tends to be very apathetic. The room walls are very thin and you can hear any noise from the other rooms including the room above. The air condition is only effective when the shades are open but if it is a cool night you can open the balcony window to cool off the room. Also, speaking of the blinds, they are sheer and there is no other curtain. Luckily there is a building opposite and it blocks most of the morning light. The last thing is a general warning about Bogota. Do not go out alone. There are a lot of people that will prey on travelers, especially solo travelers.

This is a relatively well-comfortable hotel, because the beds are comfortable and is quite clean. This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.
