We booked through Booking for 3 nights, we arrived at the "Resort", it has no reception service at night, only 2 loose dogs, which according to the receptionist they do nothing, room with a water fountain but without a bottle, spring mattresses very deteriorated and old, 2 fans on the ceiling and an air conditioning that made an infernal noise, being the highest room in the "complex" the water did not reach the taps, impossible to shower ****, they do not leave bath gel or soap, we decided to tell the reception about the problems we had and they did not offer any solution, so we decided to leave the accommodation and look for another, the accommodation does not care if we leave because they receive the entire reservation, we make the claim to Booking and they simply allege that the accommodation does not want to return the reservation, that is, they are positioned on the side of the accommodation and only offer us a compensation of 25 euros in the virtual wallet of said app, poor management by the accommodation and Bad management by Booking.
