The place is very nice but the pool it’s a little bit dirty, I like the views but the shower doesn’t have sliding doors And you can’t watch the TV it’s a Korean It supposed to be English or Filipino Channel Because you’re in the Philippines! the amenities it’s not Complete Really disappointingand There’s more!!!  a power outage! Yes! You can read that out loud the electricity cut off for how many hours 🙄 Definitely not coming back! It was a terrible!

Everything is okay except no warm water for shower & staff could be more helpful

Let’s start from the good parts: * The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting. * location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it. * soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good. Now for the bad parts: The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that. * breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino. * pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain. * the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.

This resort is quite satisfactory for the price. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but was generally acceptable. However, after I dry the towel, white dust sticks to my entire body.

Room facilities: The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful. But the water heater in the bathroom didn't work, and the water temperature was alternately hot and cold. Every room has access to the swimming pool. Breakfast: There are not many varieties. It feels like it is made by Chinese chefs, which is more in line with Chinese tastes. There is no extra charge for children, which is great and suitable for families with children. Service: I stayed for two days in a row. Due to special reasons, I applied for a half-hour late check-out, but I was directly rejected because the room was full. It didn't feel good. Other conveniences are generally OK Transportation: The airport tuk-tuk costs 200 pesos and takes about ten minutes. Going to Alona Beach costs about 100 pesos and takes about ten minutes on foot.

The room is overall clean and hygienic, and the environment is good. But there was no hot water in the room, and the staff came to fix it twice but couldn't fix it. The only bad thing. Breakfast is relatively simple

A perfect accommodation experience. Every room has direct access to the swimming pool. It just happened to coincide with the opening and was full of activities.

I recommend the hotel. At the moment the price tag is reasonable. The hotel is new. As for the location, it is close to the airport, but relatively far from the beach (about 15 minutes on foot). If you take a bike, it doesn’t bother you. All is clear. The rooms have access to the pool. The pool itself is shallow. Suitable for families with children. After returning to China, I must take the time to praise the hotel. The cleanliness and service are excellent. It is even better than the Hyatt I stayed at last time I went to Vietnam.
