I had some paper work i needed to print out and they had a business center with a printer-Great! Wasn't working, found out the printer was out of ink. Ask girl at the front about it and she was excited we found out what was wrong as she had things she needed to print. They didn't have any in the back office. Offered to go to a local store to get some. When we get back she tells us the manager won't reimburse us. ??? Needless to say I printed what I needed and removed the ink cartridge. Very disappointing in manager's customer service skills.

New and clean property with excellent personnel and management. My sister stayed here and they were very accommodating to her needs.

This hotel was very dirty and definitely should not be a BW+. The only thing that had been done in the room was the sheets and towels were changed. No vacuuming, dusting or floor washing. I have stayed at BW+ in the past and been very pleased but not this time. I would definitely want to see the hotel in person before ever booking with BW again.

Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.
