Fabulous retreat near São Paulo — a great place to come and relax. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely. The standard rooms are huge.

Rating 10 for the room, very spacious bed, with great pillows, sheets. Bathroom with a very good shower and very spacious too. And the view from the room? Wonderful. We celebrated my husband's birthday, I booked the picnic and the cake was incredible. They also left a surprise in the room. Very good breakfast too. About the restaurant I really liked it, as I'm pregnant they took good care of what I ordered, I think there could be more options on the menu. Furthermore, wonderful condominium and great place to rest and disconnect. I will be back

Overall a great hotel. My husband and I spent a weekend at Fasano for a short getaway from the city. The hotel grounds are beautiful, our room was spacious and the view was great. We enjoyed ourselves by the pool and at the restaurant which serves great food. The spa has a strange aesthetic but the pools are great and we had a great massage. The downside for us was that there is only one restaurant which is very chic and it would have been nice to be able to have a more laid back meal for lunch.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, exceptional service. Silence to rest and sleep well. Service out of 10 The hotel staff is very polite and helpful, the food is very good, there are options for gluten and lactose free items.
