The location is convenient but for the facilities I think it's normal.. I took a family suit for 2 million dollars I saw in the advertisement there is a children's tent and children's breakfast which is cute for photos.. but until there twrreal must add another 300rb/pax .. I went here on January 3rd, 2020. Checked in procedures very fast, they just collect a copy of your ID and sign on paper agreement. I got a smoking room despite i already mention of non smoking room. The bedsheet and pillow had unpleasant smell, the smell of not dry linen. Not to mention the smoking smell. The replacement room is also the same. The Toiletries is the worst ever, No hand soap, mo face towel, no comb, no shower cap They jus prepare 1 toothbrush inside a printed big box. Towel look like old and never change for years with many stain and broken edges. The shower gell container cannot be use. When I complained, they just move the gel inside a glass. The room is not soundproof. The noise from outside very bad, and also sound from upstair room, we could hear someone steping and chair being moved.

We had requested a non-smoking area but instead we were given a smoking floor area above a full music lounge and we brought a toddler. Luckily I immediately complained and changed rooms. I've stayed for 2 nights on my staycation in Semarang. Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but there are some spots on the towel. Also the spray jet valve were leaks, so I got to turn it on/off during using it. I like the breakfast menu, quite variative choice and tastes goods. The sky pool was fresh in the morning, but don't forget to applied sun block on your skin. Overall is good for an affordable price.

Situated in residential area, northern part of Semarang. Cheap hotel rate. Room is small but clean and comfy. Everything is working fine, aircond is cold, hotwater on bathroom works. The only downside is lack of amenities in rooms. Overall, it is still worth it.
