The hotel shower's draining system was terrible

отличный сервис в отеле. сантехника и бытовая техника в рабочем состоянии. есть автобус в аэропорт, ходит каждые 30 минут. очень вкусно в кафе при отеле.
в шаговой доступности есть продуктовый магазин и большой гипермаркет, отделение банка.
из минусов на парковке возле этих магазинов и торгового центра, нам пытались очень настойчиво продать travel pass. будьте внимательны.
но к отелю это уже не имеет прямого отношения.

Good hotel decent breakfast and clean rooms. Good for a couple of days if you are going in a business trip. Close to airport and hotel iffers shuttle service to airport for no additional cost. Super market and a big mall in the vicinity at walkable distance that house many eateries.

My experience wasn’t the best.
First, I’ve booked a queen size room. I checked in I went to the room and someone else was staying in that exact same room I got a new card for a new room that key card didn’t work. I went back to reception they said there’s a problem and maintenance is trying to fix it. They said there’s no rooms available. I can only get twin beds so I told him I paid for a queen size room. They need to make a plan.. eventually after while they came back to me gave me a room card went to the room and they literally just pushed the two beds together took out bedside table and we had to sleep like that. there was no kettle to make coffee and the room was smelly.

The hotel was very convenient and very close to the airport .The room was a reasonable size for someone who is passing by .The highlight of my stay was the delicious,fresh breakfast that was served ,10/10 highly recommend .

Firstly, I was put into a room that I did not book and was told I cannot change to a room that I had paid for because the hotel was overbooked. The front desk, eventually, moved me once I had pointed out that it was a health hazard to stay in the room they assigned to me because they had painted it that very day and I could still smell the paint fumes.
After being moved, I was put into a room that I actually paid for. The toilet leaked and the shower was blocked.
I will say though that the front desk was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.
All in all, it was not a good experience and I won't be staying again.
