The receptionist, Jingjing, was incredibly helpful during check-in, and the process was quick. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the most fun part was the service staff – the auntie was incredibly attentive, polite, gentle, and generous. She would come over and ask what you wanted to eat, whether you wanted milk, zongzi (sticky rice dumplings), or anything else you needed. Overall, it was a great hotel. There's a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
