I really want to give the front desk team of this hotel a big praise! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the warmth and professionalism. The front desk lady smiles kindly. A ”welcome home” instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. When you check in, you can move quickly. The information and explanation facilities are less than 3 minutes away, efficient and meticulous.

I chose this hotel when I went to Saihu. The breakfast was rich. However, there was no microwave, which I hope would be improved to meet guest needs. I stayed there for two nights. Although this hotel is not in the city center, it was still quiet. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There was no luggage cart, and no one in the lobby to help with luggage. It is not convenient for the elderly.
