The Bathroom smells poop from the sink. The process of check in and check out takes an hour.

Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare.

Very good and charming service. Special discounts were applied due to ongoing construction works. Negative: Constant inundation of background music (until 6 Dec Christmas songs) - often 1940s and 50s music was completely annoying

My eight year old child was charged for 1k but mo additional beddings given. Same service and amenities like the other transients and inns in the area for the pricey price.

The environment is very good, the sunset is very beautiful, you can go to the sea after the low tide, the service staff is very good, the facilities are complete, the only disadvantage is that the traffic is inconvenient, only a tricycle travels

The resort is amazingly beautiful, but we had a less than pleasant experience with the receptionist, Janry. We arrived an hour early before the check-in time with a child and a senior citizen, hoping for a bit of consideration. Unfortunately, we had to wait an additional two hours, and it was extremely hot and humid that day. Additionally, we found the accommodation and food to be overpriced and not worth the cost.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 3 nights last month. This is our third time staying over at the Puerto Del Sol Beach Resort. We had a lovely time, the stay was very comfortable. The suite was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The food and staff are excellent. Hopefully see you again next year and I recommended the hotel to our friend.

A fantastically built and well maintained hotel. Very clean, close to all local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff and very good local food. We visited three similar locations in the area before booking and this was by far the best.9/10

Extra charges for bringing outside goods to the room is outlandish. Wifi was not good. The 2 pools are in excellent shape and the grounds were immaculate

ne mangez jamais dans le restaurant de cet hotel : mon épouse a eu une intoxication alimentaire an mangeant des spaghettis carbonara il y a trois jours, elle est encore sous antibiotiques , le boeuf en sauce que j'avais commandé était immangeable : pas cuit ! bien sûr ils n'ont pas proposé de le rembourser, nous avons écourté notre séjour d'une jour, pas question de nous rembourser bien sûr ! never eat in this hotel's restaurant: my wife had food poisoning while eating spaghetti carbonara three days ago, she is still on antibiotics, the beef in sauce that I ordered was inedible: not cooked! of course they didn't offer to refund it, we cut our stay short by one day, no question of refunding us of course!

We had a very enjoyable day visit. The staff are very attentive and polite, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, immaculately maintained as are the swimming pools. Lovely beach side restaurant with nice food. One of our group had a massage and said it was refreshing. My five year old granddaughter loved the pools spending hours splashing around and improving her swimming. Highly recommended.

The hotel service and facilities are great. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and very reasonable. The beach is beautiful but always low tide.

Pros: 1. Amazing Landscape 2. Food is above average 3. With 2 big pools. Infinity pool im front of Sitio Amore has a nice view of the beach front. 4. Sitio Amore rooms are big and quite new. Cons: 1. Although Sitio Amore is quite new, some of the appliances they used are quite old, like the aircon and tv. It is a mixed of new and old appliances. 2. Food is a little bit pricey as compared to other nearby hotels. 3. Wifi is almost non existent. For a hotel that is on the pricey side, you would expect the wifi to be strong.
