This is a scam !!! This place is not open for business. It is under construction. The web site makes reservations, but, you cannot stay there and there is no one to contact. No working phone. Do not get scammed like I did!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.... BEWARE !!

This place is a SCAM!! They let you book a reservation on their website and take your money. You show up to check in and it is under construction. Totally closed. There is no way to contact the place at all. I literally had to run around and try and find other lodging for the night. This was a horrible experience. I had to file a fraudulent charge on my credit card to get the money back… DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS PLACE.

This place is a SCAM (hints the no refund). We arrived and finally got somebody on the phone (not through the e-number but another business that appeared to be associated but not listed with the hotel when we booked (the owner is changing the name because of the reputation). We were told we would receive a room number and code at 4pm via text. That text never came. We ended up staying somewhere else. And since we booked through Travelocity we are receiving our money back through them. We were in town for a wedding and another guest had booked there too. Her situation was even worse. She booked through *********** and when she asked for the code the attended on the phone told her her card was declined and he would accept cash only. When she tried to prove to him that that was not the case he cussed her out. She filed a police report. They are doing this with 99% of the people booking there. And yes the pool is filthy, the hot tub doesn't work and is filthy, and the place looks simply really really run down. I don't understand how they can stay in business and haven't had multiple lawsuits filed against them. The second guest got her money back through her bank but was told by the police she would have to go through small claims court.

Terrible experience, we arrived at the property and no one is there. Once we did get our room we went down to check out the pool. It was absolutely filthy obviously hasn't had any maintenance in quite some time. We attempted to complain to management and we were sworn at told If we didn't like it we can leave. He later turned the power to our room off forcing us to leave. No refund just more nasty language. The place was filthy. I wouldn't waste my time on this place ever. Horrible experience

Worst reservation ever. Booked this september of 2022for a stay in may of 2023. Received an email saying they were looking forward to my stay and they would send a room number and code at 2 pm the day of my stay. I drove 14 hours and arrived a little early around 9 am the day of our stay. Since it is right on the beach we planned to just play and swim on beach until check in. We did that then arrived at the property at 2pm on day of stay. No email arrived, no workers around. Called emergency number and was told reservations were having an issue and it would be sent shortly. 2 other parties had arrived also and neither had any communication about their stay. 430 now and still no email or text and the emergency number is no longer picking up. I had to leave my 2 sons at the property with our luggage because i gad to pick up more people from the airport. Some workers were replacing an air-conditioning unit so i asked about someone to contact, he walked me to the beach were the owner was fishing. I asked the owner for help and he said he couldnt do anything that they were having a resetvation issue and they would send something shortly. I left to airport. At 5 pm the other 2 parties received emails sayingbtheir reservation was cancelled. No reason or explanation. I never received anything. Owner came up around 730 and asked if we still needed help. I said yes and he left. We ended up staying at another location. Never received any information. The pictures shown must be when it was built 20 years ago because it does not look anywhere close to the photos shown.

I booked a 2 bedroom for a friend and my self. Looking forward to a relaxing day and evening and that’s not what we got. There were only a few people there and the whole place smelled like marinara. The sewer outside was overflowing into the little putt putt golf area. The pool was half drained and closed off. The hot tub was full of sand, the color of the water was yellow. The room was not very clean, the toilet had hairs all over and poop marks in the toilet. The fridge had dried food all in it. We had no other option but to spend the night here and it did not feel safe or sanitary. The code to get into our room was literally 1234. Like really….. if I could give this place negative stars I would!

I booked thru TRAVELOCITY,.. had reservations for FEBUARY 17-18. canceled: on "16 DAY OF JANUARY". On the 17 OF JANUARY these con artist took the entire amount out of my account for the reservation. They refuse to give me my money back. They have gave me one excuse after another saying : they issued the refund an it is the banks fault..etc.. You can not speak to anyone there except JOHN... who is the property manager . John refuses to tell yuo who his boss is or who owns the property. Now he is telling me that they are refusing to return my money. after 3 weeks..WHO DOES BUISNESS LIKE THAT? THEY DO..!! Do not book from these scammers . MOVE ON THE AGGRIVATION IS JUST NOT WORTH IT. I was told to get over it and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. I live 4 hrs from there. RUN AWAY.. DO NOT WALK AWAY FOM THIS HOTEL HELL. PAM GRAY

I had wanted to stay at this facility for many years to be so disappointed. It is very sad that they could have such a great thing going on here if only it were maintained properly. The website says - linens. No towels, no soap, no toilet paper, no where on the website is that revealed. It is very dirty. Shoes on at all times. Hallways are beyond gross. I called the number 8 times before reservation date for questions. Left voice mail, no answer. Sent email to the one given for questions. No reply. Very disappointed!

Don't stay here. They lie and steal your money. They charged us $40 for a cleaning fee when booked. Then charged us $60 after we left. Said we left dishes and our trash can full, which we did, but they said it was is an email that we were responsible for those things. We NEVER received an email from them, there is absoluty no soap, no rags or anything to wash dishes with. When we called to ask why we were charged the $60 the manager screamed and cussed at us and called us stupid for not reading the email that we never got. We asked him to check if he sent it, he refused. I have searched my email including spam its not there. Now they wont answer our calls at all. They lied to ********** and said we stayed n 2 rooms. These people ate scammers..The place has roaches all the amenties6tgey list are crap, hot tub hasn't worked in months, no equipment for golf, what few balls they have for pool are flat. Volleyball court is covered in stickers along with the rest of the yard. The hallways are filthy. They don't provide ANYTHING, not even a broom to clean up the sand or a rag to clean the dishes. Liars and thieves....
