Venus fêter nos anniversaires dans cette hostellerie des Flandres. La chambre "Vendée" est une merveille de confort. Très spacieuse, joliment décorée, literie super, une salle d'eau au top et un dressing spacieux. Le dîner...un délice! Une carte savoureuse alliant viandes et poissons et cuisinée avec maestria. L'ensemble dans un décor très chaud, ambiance feutrée. Le plus c'est le personnel hyper accueillant, à l'écoute, disponible. Vraiment à découvrir

Stayed one night solo in May with friends. Easily found with plenty of parking. My 4th visit - it’s such a convenient ‘gateway’ stop over to/from Calais (40 Mim’s). As ever, warm and efficient reception and staff throughout, especially the hands on owner who oversees everything and speaks excellent English. A previous sarcastic review really misses the point. This is an historic building which oozes traditional French character in all respects, from basic but comfortable rooms to the really excellent restaurant. Those seeking a ‘modern’ (and soulless) experience should look elsewhere. I enjoy everything from 5 star to basic, but wouldn’t consider anywhere else in this region. The gardens to the front are pleasant, especially sat out in the sunshine post arrival with a glass of something pleasant. WiFi was decent. My ‘go to’ in this part of France. Highly recommended for those that enjoy a traditional French establishment.

Having visited here twenty years ago we were delighted to find the hotel was equally as good. The reception was welcoming and the food is so good - it was not a surprise to find the restaurant absolutely full. Would recommend

Terug super onthaal en verblijf. Lekker eten en drinken. Familie driedaagse met tien volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Aparte ruimte voorzien voor families. Allemaal tevreden terug. Ondanks storm Ciaran. Bedankt Bea. Tot de volgende.

Very old hotel in need of upgrading our room whilst clean was awful with windows that opened into a corridor and an entrance door in a corridor that smelt of toilets and cleaning products. Bed fairly comfortable. We asked to change rooms to be told non available despite the hotel having few guests. Dinner was good breakfast not so good.

Le restaurant est excellent !!! Rien à redire. Et l'accueil est parfait et très professionnel. L'établissement m'a été conseillé par DJEmotorsport et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Je reviendrai avec ma famille pour leur faire découvrir cette table. Bravo Maurice Ramon

Depuis l'extérieur l'hôtel a du charme (bâtisse et jardin), mais les chambres n'ont elles aucun cachet, et donc aucun charme. La chambre attribuée donnait sur l'arrière sur une espèce de terrasse en béton...vue très moche! Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Le sol recouvert de moquette craque sous les pas des clients, et ça s'entend depuis les chambres, heureusement les clients se couchent tôt.. wifi moyen Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus typique et un peu déçu, les photos ne reflètent pas complètement la réalité

Bof ! Hôtel plus que vieillissant. On est en plein année 80/90. Les chambres sont vraiment loin vu goût du jour . Le village n a aucun charme . Les espaces communs sont tristes et la cuisine moyenne . Pas de coup de foudre . La patronne essaye de faire de son mieux mais est débordée . Donc si votre route passe par la , ok pour une nuit mais pas beaucoup plus . C est plutôt une bonne solution de dépannage ….

Lovely hotel in a pretty village, all facilities outstanding and we were made to feel very welcome. The restaurant serves excellent food and wine and staff are very obliging. We will return again soon for a longer stay.
