Maria is a wonderfully friendly and helpful host. Excellent tea and coffee facilities, fruit and biscuits available in the common area of the apartment. Breakfasts of coffee juice yoghurt cornetto and ham & cheese toastie included at a nearby cafe. The B&B is about 700m from the centre of town (Piazza Maggiore) in the university part of town. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Only downsides for us were no mini fridge in room or power outlets at the bedside for charging devices, and some might miss not having a TV in the room.

We arrived Sunday lunchtime and were met by Maria’s friend who was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was perfect very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are drinks and fruit provided and there is breakfast at a little cafe down the road. This is our second stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you

This was a wonderful experience. Two couples stayed at Mars 41 and the experience was fantastic. Maria is an outstanding host. She addressed every detail starting from the original booking until we departed. Her level, of communication was tremendous and the rooms were more than exceptional. She provided coffee, cold drinks, fruit, cookies, and yogurt as well as a coupon for breakfast within a two minute walk. The location was ideal for everything we needed to see and do. Upon arrival she questioned what our plans were and immediately made arrangements for a cab to transport us to the train station. I would highly recommend Mars 41 because Maria will make your stay more than pleasant.

We arrived very late due to missing our plane, Maria was there to greet us and couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was perfect, and the breakfast at the cafe was great. We will definitely be back. Great location and great host.
