Residenza Ariosto by Studio Vita

Everything was perfect. Large room, great location. We came early and could store our luggage without a problem. They gave us a city map with food recommendations and everything was delicious. We would definitely recommend.

If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. You can hear everything. People upstairs banging and moving tables and chairs, people in the stairwell is like an amphitheatre, banging and closing of multiple apartment doors all night long and the bar underneath. I personally didn't get to sleep until after 1:30 but that could just be me. The apartment itself is well appointed with everything you could need and the bed is quite comfortable. The main advantage is that you are in the thick of the city with everything close by.

For anyone looking to explore central Bologna, one of Residenza Ariosto's properties is a good idea. Check in was smooth and the staff remains helpful 24/7. You are 5 minutes to Piazza Magiore and all of the surrounding restaurants. The accommodations are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and plenty of storage space (and hangers) in the closets. I will most certainly rent here again.

Lovely apartment. Super central location and easy to get around. The heating did not work but they did give me a portable heater and it was fine. The staff was polite and helpful (not always a given in Italy tbh)

Had a laundry machine but no elevator access so be prepared to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs

Perfect location. Super comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Plenty of pillows!! Guys in the office were helpful and friendly.. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Great location management very responsive. There’s a dishwasher clothes washer everything you need clean and spacious. We love staying here.

We got an studio flat very comfortable with all the facilities, we also have the washing machine so we managed to wash some clothes, we bought some groceries and made our own breakfast and dinner. The lift is only for residents but we were on the second floor.
