El hotel y su ubicación están muy bien. El personal del hotel es amable. La villa en la que nos alojamos es amplia y muy cómoda. El Spa me parece un poco caro para lo que es. Y lo único a destacar es que tuvimos que reservar para cenar a la llegada al hotel, sin indicárnoslo con anterioridad al contratar la media pensión, y solo quedaba libre a partir de las 21.30, íbamos con 2 niños y para nosotros es un horario muy tarde, en los postres se quedaron dormidos. En mi opinión, asi como te indican cuando reservas el hotel que reserves hora de Spa, podrían indicarte lo mismo con el horario para cenar.

-Es un poco desconcertante la decoración oriental dentro de un imponente monasterio de piedra de Huesca. -Creo que le corresponden 4 estrellas y no 5. -El precio del spa (25 euros) es algo caro. -Las camas son cómodas, el albornoz en la habitación.

Maravilloso hotel, extraordinariamente decorado, con luz indirecta por todos los corredores. La habitación amplísima, y super cómoda. El desayuno espectacular con todo lo que se te pueda ocurrir (puedes pedir tortillas, huevos, morcilla, longaniza). El spa lo disfrutamos muchísimo, era lunes y estábamos prácticamente solos. No puedo decir nada malo.

Ya conocemos el hotel, es precioso, las instalaciones bien cuidadas y el personal muy amable. La habitación muy confortable, la cama muy cómoda. La única pega que hay demasiada gente en el spa a la vez y que la comida de la cafeteria deja mucho que desear

Hotel que cumple las expectativas de sobra, muy recomendable. Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias, pegado al río ara, muy cerca de Aínsa un pueblo muy bonito del pirineo oscense. Cerca de todo y muy cómodo.

Fue totalmente acertado quedarnos allí,el servicio excelente,las habitaciones inmejorable pero sobre todo la amabilidad y humanidad del equipo que allí trabaja,desde la recepcionista Estefanía que no se puede ser mejor ,al recepcionista Gabriel que es buenísimo como ha su directora que está pendiente a todo y es un ejemplo para el equipo.

El hotel es espectacular y si lo acompañas de un entorno único y un personal amable la combinación es perfecta. El restaurante es muy bueno y merece la pena probarlo. Todo en personal desde recepción hasta limpieza muy bueno.

The a la carte food in the restaurant is much better than the set menu, and not much more expensive. The bar menu we didn't try but the food looked nice. The room and service were very good. We didn't try the spa.
