I love the Holiday Inn chain of hotels and the great standard it sets but I really wish they had a fridge in their rooms as I’m a diabetic and it would be nice to be able to my medicine in the fridge my son stayed at a hotel who was half the price and they had a fridge.moan over, we had breakfast and it was delicious the beds were comfortable and the overall standard is very good and the staff are very professional

The receptionist asked me to pay again and then questioned, ‘Can you speak English?’ even though I showed her the confirmed booking page with a ‘paid’ icon beside it.
In the room.. there was a 3” x 3” cobweb on the ceiling….

It feels like an older hotel, with affordable prices and convenient parking. It is right next to the campus and there are many shops and restaurants run by Chinese people, making life and travel very convenient.

Worse ever stay at holidays Inn, check in was slowed, staff open and come in the room without knocking door, it made me really worry about the safety of stay. As the hotel is still under refurb, since morning start from 8am can hear really loud banging sound till check out. They lose a loyal customer, as won’t stay again

Have not fully arranged for the guests to go to the room, the hygiene is acceptable, the carpets are generally vacuumed and the pillowcases are stained
