Perfect loved everything

Another relaxing week here the gym facilities and spa are very good. Loved the comfy bed

Business trip. Room was tired and carpets needed a vacuum. Breakfast was good but lots of staff just hovering around. Overall I would say it’s okay but I would pick somewhere else next time.

We are a family of 3 visiting Bolton. We enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely hotel. Room was large well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool and other facilities but hope to return again soon.

Have been going to the Last Drop for at least the last 5 years, and is typically a nice and welcome stay with good facilities and food. Recently, visits have taken a downward turn with some staff falling well short of expectation and unexpected costs added on to booking without being informed prior to arrival. Roll the dice if you wish.

Stayed here for a business meeting, and had it not been for the people being excellent, I would have scored this place terrible..... Firstly, the quality of the bar food was atrocious, poncey piece of paper on the plate... no idea what that was for? Watery fish tasting of nothing but cooking oil, cold and stale chips, some of which were so hard they could have taken a filling out, crusted over mushy peas that had been on the pass waaayyyy too long, and not many of them I hasten to add.... the best I can say is that I was very hungry when I went in, and not so much when I came out... value for money was rock bottom with silly pretentious presentation and awful quality... The tartar sauce was nice though, but I think that came out of a jar. The room I stayed in had a filthy carpet (moved a char and the original carpet colour could be clearly seen, and the white slippers they provided were grey on the soles after a couple of hours occupation) The bathroom had black mould on the tiles and shower screen. The bath is so tiny in a huge room it makes no sense. The base of the bath doesn't have enough anti slip coating as to make it positively dangerous (but a sign says you can have "slip mat on request???). The shower screen leaked to form a pool on the floor, but the cracked floor tiles helped it drain away so that wasn't too bad 🤣 There was loads of parking out back, and charging points available. The guys in the conference centre were excellent, the receptionists were outstanding, and the bar staff were exceptional.... Hope that helps, and you have abetter overall experience than I had

The Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa provided the perfect backdrop for our Wedding on 17th May. The amazing food and service along with every one of our requirements met were handled with the utmost care and attention by the amazing Jacqueline our Wedding Coordinator and Zoe our Master of Ceremonies. A huge thank you to all the members of staff for making it a truly amazing day.

I bought my friends daughter and partner an over night spa package as a birthday present for last night. It resulted in them leaving at 9pm after multiple issues. On arrival they were told they could only access the spa from 7-8pm which is not convenient for their evening plans but decided to go with the flow and switch things up. Whilst having a few drinks on the lounge outdoor area they were offered ***** by other guests. Once in the spa which was dirty and most things not working a group of teenagers under the age of 16 were making TikTok’s and bombing into the spa pool. Although it was clearly sign posted that no phones or pictures were to be taken in the pool or spa area. There were no robes left for them to use. After all the issues they didn’t want to eat there as the earlier incident in the lounge made them feel uncomfortable but were hungry. They decided to phone a relative to collect them and left the key at reception at 9pm.
