Hemos pasado una noche en este lugar espectacular en un maravilloso entorno bucolico ! La habitación espaciosa, confortable con todas las comodidades! el desayuno exquisito con mucho surtido! Hemos probado tmb el menú degustación ! Nos ha gratamente sorprendido, estaba todo delicioso ! Productos km 0 de calidad, elaborado con mucho gusto ! El personal muy atento y servicial! El director, Sebastien muy simpático, siempre con una sonrisa, es un gran profesional al servicio de los clientes!!! Repetiremos seguro! 💯 recomendable!!!!

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0, si no, lo pondria. Quiero empezar diciendo, que este hotel esta cada vez peor, despues de que cambiaron de compañia serras a biosca la cosa cada vez va a peor. Por empezar el chef del hotel, un 0, muy mal educado, la comida nada nada buena, tampoco hay platos tipicos de aqui la cerdanya, el trato nefasto. El servicio del hotel aun peor. No vuelvo a ir nunca mas. Muy bonito por fuera, pero por dentro como la casa del terror. No lo recomiendo👍

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este Hotel, aprovechando que han bajado los precios. Muchas pretensiones pero un autentico desastre. Las habitaciones son correctas aunque están sucias y frías. La comida del restaurante es incomible. Te cobran como una estrella michelin y la comida es muy básica, mal presentada, sin ninguna gracia, escasa y fria. Tiene un pequeño bar, pero no puedes pedir nada ya que no hay camareros. No sabemos lo que ha pasado pero ha cambiado mucho, a peor desde que estuvimos la ultima vez. No volveremos más.

L'hotel Serras Torre del Remei si rivela davvero eccezionale. La struttura è situata in mezzo a un giardino attentamente curato, circondato da tranquillità e silenzio, e si trova a breve distanza da Bolvir. La stanza era molto accogliente, la finestra che illuminava bene la stanza affacciava direttamente sul giardino. Un ulteriore tocco di comfort era dato dai letti, eccezionalmente accoglienti e rilassanti, che hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno un'esperienza davvero piacevole e riposante. La ristorazione è di altissimo livello. Siamo stati accolti e fatti accomodare senza attendere e il servizio della sala è stato a dir poco eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rocio e Alexia, che con il loro sorriso ci hanno accompagnato durante le colazioni, rendendo ogni mattina un inizio speciale. La loro gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso la colazione un momento di gioia autentica. Nel complesso, Serras Torre del Remei ha superato notevolmente le nostre aspettative: il suo design, la pulizia, il personale e soprattutto la qualità del cibo offerto si sono rivelati straordinari. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto il piacere di ritrovarci un concerto a lume di candela proprio nel giardino dell'hotel! Torneremo sicuramente!

Le rapport qualité prix est incompréhensible : le personnel est globalement aimable mais pas à la hauteur de ce type d établissement : rarement en mesure de renseigner sur les équipements (limite horaire baignade, chaînes françaises TV …), le service lors du dîner au restaurant était mauvais : personnel très peu présent, pas suffisamment professionnel.
Ces observations sont faites essentiellement en relation avec le montant unitaire très élevé de la chambre (hors petit-déjeuner).
